I began my first massage training at the age of sixteen. More than twenty years later, Depth has become the expression of everything I have learned, explored and embodied.

Combining intuitive touch with deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, acupressure, breath, cupping and slow flowing bodywork, each treatment is shaped around what your body needs in the moment.

The treatment is designed to release chronic muscular tension, restore mobility to the fascia, regulate the nervous system and support the body’s own capacity to recover and restore.
