celebrate the New Year with meditation & mindful movement in nature

“To mark the passing of time and the New Year, rather than aiming for unrealistic self-improvement, we’d like to invite you to uncover your own basic goodness. To recognise that everything you’ve ever wanted is already there, inside of you. All that’s needed is a shift of perception. Which naturally is easier said than done, after a lifetime of conditioning.
At the Wild Silence, we’ll do practices aimed at grounding and calming the nervous system, such as mindful movement, breathwork and forest walks. And we’ll do further calming as well as inquiry via the practice of meditation, which is the beating heart of this gathering. All of this will be supported by the beautiful nature and an atmosphere of digital detox and silence.
For this extended weekend, at an auspicious time, we’ll live by the principle; less is more.”
